EFT is a powerful self-help tool that combines Cognitive Therapy and Acupressure in the form of fingertip tapping on 12 acupuncture points.

Research shows that emotional trauma contributes greatly to disease.

Clinical trials have shown that EFT tapping is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress.

Once the distress is reduced or removed, the body can often rebalance itself and accelerate healing.

The method of gently tapping on the energy meridians combined with verbalizing the issue followed by a positive affirmation works to dissolve long held and unconscious destructive patterns within the belief system that inhibit a person physically, mentally and emotionally.

By addressing limiting beliefs held at a subconscious level, EFT literally frees a person from unwanted emotional responses such as anger, sadness and fear.
